We have been working with the NHS General Practice Improvement Programme and made changes to our processes in line with the Modern General Practice Guidance.
Our aim is to get patients seen by the most appropriate clinician in the right time frame therefore reception staff will be asking more questions when you contact the practice to be able to offer the most appropriate treatment for you so please bear with us during our change in process. This change will be evaluated at regular intervals.
