If you are aged 75 years or over you are eligible for an annual health check.

Checks are also available for patients who have not seen a GP within 3 years. Please ask reception for details.

Patients who need an annual check-up for their asthma, COPD, diabetes, heart disease, stroke and chronic kidney disease will be getting an invitation to attend an annual health screening in the month of their birthday.
